Christmas

It was an early start to our Christmas morning. Ciera was up at 5:45, next Owen at 6:00, then mimi at 6:15.  They were to excited to sleep.  Daddy was ready to sleep some more but the kids weren't having it.  So we headed down stairs to open stockings and get some coffee.  Next we woke up Aunt Jen who was in Minnesota so we could skype with her, she was a bit tired also.  It was a lot of fun watching the kids open their presents and their excitement.  We then ate our Christmas morning breakfast. (Cinnamon rolls and sausage) We started watching a Christmas movie and then the power went out. I was worried because i hadn't started cooking dinner yet and it was very cold out. Jason started a fire and the kids decided to have a fashion show. It was my favorite moment of Christmas. after about an 1 1/2 the power came back on. The kids took naps and then we headed to Papas for more presents and dinner.  What a great Christmas and I'm sad it's already over.

I know a lot of life has happened in the almost 6 years that this sweet little lady was born.

But it really doesn't feel like it should be time for her to go off to school.

Wasn't it just yesterday we were holding you for the first time and taking you home from the hospital?

 Now we're taking you to buy new clothes for school and school supplies.

V-day

Immie-
You had a valentine party at school and we were all able to come. You made a candy bouquet played a game and ate yummy snacks.
Ciera and Owen
Had valentines party on Monday at daycare. Owen was really excited to wear this tie he said it made him look handsome and it did. You brought home so many goodies, cards and cookies.

On Valentines Day we meet daddy for lunch at a Chinese buffet by his work. It was so much fun watching you guys see new and different food. Owen even tried squid-but didn't like it. Later that night we had a fancy dinner-- candlelight, wine glass, sparkling juice, and a lot of toasting.
